Teaching and Demonstrating

I love teaching people to cook and run pop-up classes in a variety of locations:  from private sessions in your home to hen parties, community classes and large corporate events, I provide a bespoke service tailored to your needs.  I teach across a range of cuisines and styles, with an eye on local, seasonal food whenever possible. Whether its cupcake decorating with friends, a cookery challenge with colleagues, knife skills for a keen cook or something eyecatching for a large event, classes are matched to your needs to ensure they are just right for you. Beginners can get some new recipe ideas over a glass of wine, whilst advanced cooks can really refine their skills with a technical session – it is totally up to you.

Whatever the subject, classes are fun and relaxed, with a focus on useful tips and tricks, good recipes and great ingredients.  All of our classes are taught by a professional chef, we provide everything that you need, along with a detailed handout to take away with you, and clear up afterwards, leaving you to simply enjoy the experience.

“The classes that Chloe and Jane teach place a strong emphasis on mastering techniques rather than individual recipes.  Their experience and knowledge prove to be a fantastic foundation for this teaching and a good sense of humour and patience with the students has led the classes to be a great success amongst our regulars.  It is to our good fortune that the recipes are delicious as well”  Divertimenti Cookery School, London

“I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for working at BE, I’ve heard nothing but praise” Canon UK

” A group of us booked an afternoon with Chloe learning how to ice cupcakes.  The afternoon was great fun and everyone came away having spent a fun afternoon learning new skills … really recommend classes with Chloe.” Ellie, Private Hen Party
