Teaching and Demonstrating

I love teaching people to cook and run pop-up classes in a variety of locations:  from private sessions in your home to hen parties, community classes and large corporate events, I provide a bespoke service tailored to your needs.  I teach across a range of cuisines and styles, with an eye on local, seasonal food whenever possible. Whether its cupcake decorating with friends, a cookery challenge with colleagues, knife skills for a keen cook or something eyecatching for a large event, classes are matched to your needs to ensure they are just right for you. Beginners can get some new recipe ideas over a glass of wine, whilst advanced cooks can really refine their skills with a technical session – it is totally up to you.

Whatever the subject, classes are fun and relaxed, with a focus on useful tips and tricks, good recipes and great ingredients.  All of our classes are taught by a professional chef, we provide everything that you need, along with a detailed handout to take away with you, and clear up afterwards, leaving you to simply enjoy the experience.

 

Recent events have included:

  • filming “how to” cookery videos for GoodHouseKeeping Magazine
  • a 3 day cookery demonstration for Canon UK for a large stand at a show at the Excel Centre, with over 5,000 visitors a day
  • teaching a variety of cookery classes at Divertimenti Cookery School, Marylebone, including canapes, macaroons, healthy eating and meals for mums
  • various private classes including baking, cake decorating and seasonal dinner parties
